Job OverviewAs aSales Advisorat Cozmada, you will be the face of the brand, providing outstandingservice to customers and assisting them with their purchasingdecisions. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers have apleasant shopping experience while meeting sales targets andpromoting our products.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in afriendly and professional manner.Provide detailed product knowledgeand recommendations to help customers make informed purchasingdecisions.Achieve and exceed individualsales targets and contribute to the store's overall sales goals.Maintain store displays and ensureproducts are neatly arranged and stocked.Handle customer inquiries, processtransactions, and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptlyand professionally.Assist with inventory managementand restocking shelves.Ensure the store environment isclean, organized, and visually appealing.Stay updated on product knowledge,promotions, and store policies.Work with the team to ensure the smooth operation of thestore.QualificationsPrevious experience in retailsales, customer service, or related fields preferred.Strong sales skills with a proventrack record of meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent communication skills in Arabic (required).Friendly, approachable, andconfident demeanor.Ability to work well bothindependently and as part of a team.Positive attitude, motivated, andeager to learn.Ability to work in a fast-pacedretail environment.
