Job Description You will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales order processing and administration. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of sales data entries and records.
- Supporting the sales team by preparing sales reports and presentations.
- Coordinating with other departments to facilitate smooth sales processes.
- Monitoring and managing sales administration systems to optimize workflows.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to sales orders.
- Preparing and managing contracts, proposals, and other sales documents.
- Training and supervising sales administration staff.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Key skills needed for this position:
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite, data analysis, and sales reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
