Job Description

Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Sales Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our partner acquisition efforts. This role will manage a team of Sales Specialists, driving performance, coaching the team, and ensuring the achievement of overall acquisition targets.This is a leadership role focused on team performance and market expansion, rather than individual quota carrying.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and coach a team of Sales Specialists to achieve acquisition targetsOwn and deliver against team-level targets (no individual quota)Define and execute the acquisition strategy across target segments and marketsBuild, monitor, and optimize a healthy acquisition pipeline across the teamSupport the team in high-value negotiations and key partner closuresEnsure smooth onboarding and activation of newly acquired partnersSet clear KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability across the teamIdentify gaps and implement training, coaching, and performance improvement plansCollaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, account management) to maximize partner succesUse data and insights to continuously refine acquisition strategiesQualifications5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or acquisition rolesProven experience managing and leading sales teamsExcellent coaching, leadership, and performance management skillsStrong commercial mindset with the ability to support complex deal closuresExperience in marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, or F&B industries is a plusAbility to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentKPIs / Success MetricsAchievement of team acquisition targetsTeam productivity and conversion ratesPipeline coverage and quality across the teamPartner activation rate and time-to-go-liveTeam development and retention#J-18808-Ljbffr
