This role will manage a team of Sales Specialists, driving performance, coaching the team, and ensuring the achievement of overall acquisition targets.</p><p>This is a leadership role focused on team performance and market expansion, rather than individual quota carrying.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead, manage, and coach a team of Sales Specialists to achieve acquisition targets</li><li>Own and deliver against team-level targets (no individual quota)</li><li>Define and execute the acquisition strategy across target segments and markets</li><li>Build, monitor, and optimize a healthy acquisition pipeline across the team</li><li>Support the team in high-value negotiations and key partner closures</li><li>Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of newly acquired partners</li><li>Set clear KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability across the team</li><li>Identify gaps and implement training, coaching, and performance improvement plans</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, account management) to maximize partner success</li><li>Use data and insights to continuously refine acquisition strategies</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or acquisition roles</li><li>Proven experience managing and leading sales teams</li><li>Strong track record of delivering team-based targets</li><li>Excellent coaching, leadership, and performance management skills</li><li>Strong commercial mindset with the ability to support complex deal closures</li><li>Experience in marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, or F&B industries is a plus</li><li>Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment</li></ul><p><b>KPIs / Success Metrics</b></p><ul><li>Achievement of team acquisition targets</li><li>Team productivity and conversion rates</li><li>Pipeline coverage and quality across the team</li><li>Partner activation rate and time-to-go-live</li><li>Team development and retention</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
