Job Purpose</h3><p>To execute sales operations for food products within a designated geographical area, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth to ensure achieving targets and increasing market share. Simultaneously, the role involves managing receivables (Accounts Receivable), monitoring credit limits, opening new customer accounts, and tracking aging reports within an administrative chain that integrates sales and financial follow-up.</p><h3>2. Key Sales Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Customer Visitation:</b>Conducting periodic visits to existing customers according to the approved distribution plan.</li><li><b>Sales Execution:</b>Receiving customer orders and processing daily sales transactions efficiently.</li><li><b>Promotion:</b>Showcasing products and promoting new offers and SKUs to maximize visibility.</li><li><b>Business Development:</b>Acquiring and opening new customer accounts within the assigned territory.</li><li><b>Inventory Management:</b>Monitoring customer stock levels and providing appropriate replenishment recommendations.</li></ul><h3>3. Key Accounts Receivable Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Invoicing&Control:</b>Issuing tax invoices, ensuring total accuracy and alignment with Local Purchase Orders (LPO) and approved price lists.</li><li><b>Ledger Maintenance:</b>Continuously updating and monitoring customer accounts (Accounts Receivable).</li><li><b>Collection Management:</b>Monitoring<b>Aging Reports</b>and coordinating closely with the sales team to ensure timely payments.</li><li><b>Reconciliation:</b>Reconciling accounts with customers and resolving any discrepancies or disputes.</li><li><b>Credit Monitoring:</b>Following up on sales team customer balances, credit limits, and coordinating on overdue or delinquent accounts.</li><li><b>Accounting Entries:</b>Preparing and recording accounting entries related to sales and collections.</li><li><b>Pricing Systems:</b>Monitoring pricing systems and adjusting customer categories based on their respective tiers/segments.</li><li><b>Analytical Reporting:</b>Preparing periodic reports on sales performance, returns, and projected cash flows for management review.</li></ul><h3>4. Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li><b>Education:</b>Bachelor’s degree in<b>Accounting</b>or<b>Finance</b>.</li><li><b>Experience:</b>Minimum of<b>5 years</b>in Sales.</li><li>Minimum of<b>2 years</b>in Financial Accounting.</li><li>Preference: Experience in the Food&Beverage (F&B) distribution sector.</li><li><b>Systems Knowledge:</b>Proficiency in<b>ERP systems</b>(e.g., Odoo, SAP, or Oracle).</li><li>Full knowledge of<b>E-Invoicing</b>requirements (ZATCA).</li></ul><h3>5. Skills&Competencies</h3><ul><li>High-level selling and persuasion skills.</li><li>Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Time management and strict adherence to visitation schedules.</li><li>Ability to work in the field and perform under pressure.</li><li>Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
