Job Title: Sales Account Manager – ECM & Digital Transformation SolutionsLocation: Dubai, UAESector Focus: Government & Enterprise ClientsType: Full-TimeJob SummaryNVSSoft, a regional leader in enterprise software solutions, is seeking a high-performing Sales Account Manager to lead sales efforts for ECM, workflow automation, and digital transformation platforms across the Gulf region, with a strong focus on government entities and large enterprise clients.The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with strong business development instincts, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles in the public sector.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & ProspectingIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, especially in the government and large enterprise sectorsMap key accounts and develop a relationship strategy to reach decision-makers (C-level, IT, procurement)Understand client goals and position solutions that solve real operational pain pointsAccount Management & Strategic PartnershipManage and grow assigned strategic accountsAct as a trusted advisor and liaise with stakeholders to maintain long-term relationshipsEnsure post-sale satisfaction and long-term solution adoptionSales ExecutionOwn the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, closureCoordinate with technical, presales, and marketing teams to deliver compelling presentations and demosManage complex opportunities, including RFP/RFQ processes and public sector frameworksPipeline & Market IntelligenceMaintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to influence GTM strategyMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, including ECM, DMS, automation, or enterprise solutionsProven record of exceeding sales targets in public or enterprise sectorsStrong knowledge of government procurement and complianceFluent in English (Arabic is a plus)Preferred QualificationsExperience in long-cycle consultative salesUnderstanding of smart government, digital transformation, and national tech strategies in GCCFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Key SkillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder managementStrategic thinking with a solution-focused mindsetConfident in high-value discussions with senior-level decision-makersOrganized, autonomous, and result-oriented#J-18808-Ljbffr
