This role combines new business development with strategic account management, targeting hospitality groups, developers, and high-end residential projects.The position requires a consultative sales professional who is commercially sharp, credible with senior stakeholders, and comfortable managing complex solution-based deals. This is a front-line, revenue-driving role with clear accountability for growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned sales, profitability, and cash flow targets within the H&R segmentIdentify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across hotels and residential projectsManage and grow existing accounts while continuously identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesGenerate and qualify leads, profile customers, plan sales activities, and maintain accurate CRM recordsConduct regular customer and prospect visits in line with company sales standardsDeliver high levels of customer satisfaction through professional account management and follow-upProvide structured market feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and segment trendsManage the local market effectively, ensuring strong pipeline coverage and deal progressionCandidate ProfileHighly driven, commercial, and results-orientedPassionate about fitness and committed to an active, healthy lifestyleProfessional, credible, and confident engaging with senior decision-makersOrganised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentExperience & Skills RequiredMinimum 3 years experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar B2B sales roleDegree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related disciplineProven experience managing complex, solution-based sales cyclesStrong consultative selling and negotiation skillsSolid experience using CRM systems; Salesforce knowledge is an advantageTarget-driven mindset with a strong focus on results and accountabilityExcellent communication, listening, and presentation skillsWhat This Role OffersExposure to premium hospitality and residential projectsOpportunity to represent a globally recognised wellness brandPerformance-driven environment with strong growth potentialA role aligned with lifestyle, wellness, and long-term career developmentForeground acts as a recruitment partner on this assignment.
