With a collective strength of 5 brands, we have more than 123 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.In this roleAs a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the B2B client base and revenue that's required to grow and maximize revenue growth for the dubizzle Cars vertical. You will be working on your own initiative, continually approaching new clients and generating revenue.In this role, you will:Meet with clients on a monthly basis and when yearly contracts need to be renewedReview clients' accounts and highlight areas where the client can improve their performance to get more out of their advertisingSell additional dubizzle features to clientsEnsure all client renewals and upgrades are performed in a timely fashionWork closely with the Management to sell new products in accordance with the business needsBe the first point of contact with the client including as the initial technical reference pointContinuously monitor and analyse clients' dubizzle health and quality metrics and use the analysis to communicate with clients efficient ways to improve their use of the serviceKeep in regular contact with clients to ensure you are always in the frame when decisions are being made regarding either increasing or decreasing spend with dubizzle CarsEnsure you are always aware of clients' full marketing commitment to both dubizzle and its competitorsAnalyse this information to understand why clients may be spending with competitors, where possible originate ideas to transfer client competitor spend to dubizzleManage client expectations accordingly and effectivelyHit performance targets as stipulated by your line managerUtilise all business tools made available and adhere to strict activity tracking via Salesforce for calls and meetingsKeep up to date with the motors industry laws and local newsRequirementsA minimum of secondary education, Bachelor's degree preferredUAE driving license required3 - 5 years of sales experiencePreferred - Experience in classifieds or motors industry desirableWorking understanding of sales processes including questioning techniques, objection handling and closing methodsTeam player with commitment to succeed through teamwork whilst achieving personal targets and objectivesGood communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsGood storytellerArabic speaking (preferred)Natural desire to succeedFlexible to new challenges and comfortable working in a consistently challenging environmentBenefitsA fast paced, high performing teamMulticultural environment with over 60 different nationalitiesCompetitive tax-free salaryComprehensive health insuranceAnnual air ticket allowanceEmployee discounts at multiple vendors across the emiratesRewards & recognitionsLearning & developmentBayut & dubizzle is an equal opportunity employer.
