Job Description
Our client, a multinational group specializing in insurance and reinsurance broking, underwriting, medical TPA, and assistance services in the UAE, is currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team in Abu Dhabi.ResponsibilitiesResponsiblein managing all aspects of prospect development from pre-sale through close.This includes developing referral sources, identifying new clients that match the client profile, and ensuring a consistent flow of new revenue for the practice.Identifying prospects through various sales channelsVisiting potential clients and assessing corporate insurance requirementsDesigning adequate covers and providing appropriate consultationsPreparing proposals and conducting presentationsGenerating and servicing new accountsManaging portfolio renewals and establishing relationship with customersFollowing up for collection of paymentRequirementsSkills and Experience:Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance / sales in UAEValid UAE driver’s licensePersuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close businessTactful and smart to handle client’s objections and present solutions and options to close salesArticulate and well versed with making presentations and sales pitches to prospective and existing clientsStrong computer skills with knowledge of MS officeKnowledge required:Demonstrated track record in consistently achieving aggressive sales objectivesAbility to self-start and independently initiate new opportunitiesMust demonstrate professional and ethical business practices, adherence to company standards, and a commitment to personal and professional developmentInterpersonal SkillsDemonstrated ability to negotiate with multiple decision makers on complex salesAbility to assess financial attractiveness of new leads to ensure profitabilityDemonstrated ability to function effectively both independently and as a team-player in a high visibility client environment.Ability to exercise sound judgment and strong problem-solving skillsProven time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely and accurate workDisclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form of charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
