Our leading Client, an Italian Multinational Company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is currently looking to hire Safety Supervisorto join their team. (Saudization)Role: Safety Supervisor Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced Safety Supervisor to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at construction sites. The role ensures full compliance with Saudi regulations, company policies, and international safety standards to maintain a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and enforce HSE policies and procedures on construction sitesConduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazardsEnsure compliance with Saudi safety regulations and project safety plansDeliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and site safety trainingInvestigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actionsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on safety mattersEnsure proper use of PPE and safety equipment on siteMaintain safety records, permits, and inspection reports Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or certification from a specialized safety instituteMinimum 5 years of on-site construction safety experienceStrong knowledge of construction safety practices, risk assessment, and HSE standardsFamiliarity with Saudi labor laws and safety regulationsAbility to work independently on active construction sites
