Safety Supervisor

Overview Our leading Client, an Italian Multinational Company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is currently looking to hire Safety Supervisor to join their team. (Saudization) We are looking for a proactive and experienced Safety Supervisor to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at construction sites. The role ensures full compliance with Saudi regulations, company policies, and international safety standards to maintain a safe working environment. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Nationality: Saudi Nationals Responsibilities Monitor and enforce HSE policies and procedures on construction sites Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards Ensure compliance with Saudi safety regulations and project safety plans Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and site safety training Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on safety matters Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment on site Maintain safety records, permits, and inspection reports Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or certification from a specialized safety institute Minimum 5 years of on-site construction safety experience Strong knowledge of construction safety practices, risk assessment, and HSE standards Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and safety regulations Ability to work independently on active construction sites
