Safety Senior Engineer

About POWERTECHPOWERTECH is a center of excellence for propulsion technologies, specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of combustion engines, expendable turbojet engines, and turbofan engines for a wide range of aerospace, defence, and autonomous applications, including fixed- and rotary-wing UAVs and other advanced platforms.About The RoleThe Safety Engineer ensures system safety and regulatory compliance throughout the engine lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform FHA, PSSA, SSA, FMEA, FTA along development phases and engine lifecycleDefine safety methodology and objectivesAssess failure conditions and mitigation strategies.Support certification safety reviews.Participate in accident/incident investigations.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 8 years of experience within turbofan propulsion, aerospace, or other complex engineered systemsSolid understanding of turbofan architectures and Test results analysis (including engine build-up and dressing, AGB, ECU, modules FAN/LPC/HPC/HPT/LPT/TRF/OGV…, sub-systems and their integration constraints)Strong knowledge of certification rules (CS-E, FAR33, ARP4754A,STANAG, MIL-HDBK…), safety analysis FHA, PSSA, SSA, FMEA, FTA, ZSA and methodologies (SORA, SAIL Class, Weibull, Reliability Block Diagram, MTBF…)Exposure to customer, OEMs, authorities and complex environmentSkillsSafety and Reliability EngineeringSoftware such as FaultTree+, Isograph Reliability Workbench, ReliaSoft, Windchill / TeamcenterAgile and evidence-based mindsetAbility to analyze and structure complex information into actionable product decision under pressure with a sense of urgencyAbility to work in a multicultural environment, across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and commercial teamsExcellent communication skills, team player#Powertech#J-18808-Ljbffr
