The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations, company policies, and Ashghal requirements. The role requires independent site management and proactive risk prevention to maintain a safe working environment.Mandatory Requirements & Qualification (Non-Negotiable):Education:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant fieldExperience:Minimum 3–4 years of GCC experience in construction projects (Ashghal experience is mandatory)Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety auditsMandatory Criteria:Must have hands-on experience managing site safety independentlyFamiliar with all safety procedures and compliance standardsGood communication skills in Hindi and EnglishAbility to handle site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety reportingKey Responsibilities:Ensure implementation of HSE policies and procedures on-siteConduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety auditsMonitor compliance with Ashghal and local safety regulationsInvestigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actionsConduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness sessionsMaintain HSE documentation, reports, and recordsCoordinate with project teams to ensure safe work practicesDocuments Required:Updated CV#J-18808-Ljbffr
