We proudly deliver our expert services through the SGS name and trusted specialized brands, including Brightsight, Bluesign, Maine Pointe and Nutrasource.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Maintain HSE policies, procedures are available, communicated to the field and office staff</li><li>Ensure field and lab staff is equipped with appropriate PPE as per business risk assessment.</li><li>Conduct monthly HSE Safety meetings, Safe Talks online and offline or face to face</li><li>Assist in achieving the group objectives and HSE goals.</li><li>Conduct Risk assessment and internal audits and ensure compliance of the group policies and procedures in liaise with concerned Operation team</li><li>Arrange and participate in regular HSE activities as advised by the QHSE manager</li><li>Assist and coordinate regular emergency mock drills at various locations</li><li>Ensure monthly HSE KPI and employee exposure hours are reported in the Crystal by respective business line from all locations.</li><li>Conduct Regular Field or laboratory HSE audits and spot audits</li><li>Conduct Induction training for all new staffs</li><li>Communicate HSE requirements with all staff members through meetings, trainings, online meetings, spot audits etc</li><li>Issue work permits as and when required after conducting Risk assessment</li><li>Intervene when an unsafe act or condition is observed.</li><li>Ensure the fire protection system in the business operations is effectively maintained its integrity and AMC done on time</li><li>Ensure the staff are fully familiar with Chemwatch modules and in use at all levels</li><li>Assist HSE Management to implement the group Operational Integrity Procedures roll out</li><li>Actively Participate in the OI online meetings and cascade the information among the team</li><li>Conduct and document investigations of incidents, hazards and ensure follow up actions to prevent recurrence.</li><li>Conduct regular SGS and client site inspections and audits ensuring that the project HSE Management System and other requirements of the projects are adhered to</li><li>Report the observed hazards in the Crystal</li><li>Ensure OI Leading performance indicators are monitored against the group Benchmarks and escalated time to time when not up to the expectations</li><li>Assist in achieving the OI Top Page Objectives</li><li>Deputy to the QHSE Manager</li><li>Attend client HSE meetings as and when deputed</li><li>Drive and implement the specific Departmental or project related HSE requirements</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Degree/diploma/Engineering in any stream</li><li>NEBOSH/IOSH certification</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Ability to relocate around KSA</li><li>Knows MS Excel, Word and Power Point.</li><li>Reading, Speaking and Writing skills in English.</li><li>Familiar about Saudi Aramco work environment and basic safety procedure.</li><li>Good Knowledge of WPR&Safety measurements</li><li>Able to interact with all levels of management and clients.</li><li>Able to conduct risk assessments.</li><li>Good knowledge on software and computer skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
