WeRide has operated a self-driving fleet for more than 2,200 days.What you will doThoroughly understand how our self-driving technology worksStay on top of countless daily changes, both big and smallSafely operate test vehicles for up to 8 hours a day to evaluate and help improve our autonomous driving systemConsistently make exceptional judgment callsShare detailed feedback on our technology and top priorities with engineers and managersBe the voice of the company to self-driving enthusiasts and curious onlookersDemonstrate work flexibility in a startup environment – responsibilities include: regularly washing company vehicles, garage maintenance support, carrying things as needed, picking up co-workers (when on business trips), and any other non in vehicle task ad hoc task as neededRequirementsValid UAE driver's license for at least 3 yearsClean driving recordStrong focus on safety firstExcellent communication skills.
