SAFe Scrum Master&Delivery Lead

<p><strong><u>Key Requirements for the Scrum Master role at Xebia:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Facilitate all agile ceremonies, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews.</li><li>Own and maintain the programme plan, tracking progress across all workstreams and flagging risks and dependencies early.</li><li>Proactively manage blockers, escalating to the Delivery Manager where necessary to keep delivery on track.</li><li>Produce clear, concise progress updates and reporting for the Delivery Manager.</li><li>Support planning activities including roadmap maintenance, milestone tracking, and resource coordination.</li><li>Coordinate across multiple internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across the delivery team.</li><li>Proven experience as a Scrum Master with strong planning and tracking capability — beyond just facilitation.</li><li><strong><em>Required experience is 8-12 years.</em></strong></li><li><strong><em>SAFe certification is mandatory</em></strong></li><li>Able to own a plan, track progress, and hold teams accountable</li><li>Experience working in cross-functional, multi-vendor programme environments</li><li>Comfortable producing clear reporting and updates for senior stakeholders</li><li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) preferred</li><li>Familiarity with Jira or equivalent agile tooling</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
