SAFe Scrum Master & Delivery Lead

Key Requirements for the Scrum Master role at Xebia:Facilitate all agile ceremonies, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews.Own and maintain the programme plan, tracking progress across all workstreams and flagging risks and dependencies early.Proactively manage blockers, escalating to the Delivery Manager where necessary to keep delivery on track.Produce clear, concise progress updates and reporting for the Delivery Manager.Support planning activities including roadmap maintenance, milestone tracking, and resource coordination.Coordinate across multiple internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment.Drive continuous improvement across the delivery team.Proven experience as a Scrum Master with strong planning and tracking capability — beyond just facilitation.Required experience is 8-12 years.SAFe certification is mandatoryAble to own a plan, track progress, and hold teams accountableExperience working in cross-functional, multi-vendor programme environmentsComfortable producing clear reporting and updates for senior stakeholdersCertified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) preferredFamiliarity with Jira or equivalent agile tooling#J-18808-Ljbffr
