<p>We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving product adoption, user engagement, and customer retention. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS marketing strategies, user onboarding processes, and customer lifecycle management.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our offerings in the market.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication across all channels.</li><li>Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.</li><li>Coordinate with sales, product, marketing and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product introductions.</li><li>Design and implement onboarding experiences that facilitate user understanding and engagement with our products.</li><li>Utilise in-app messaging, tutorials, and other tools to guide users through product features and benefits.</li><li>Monitor user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improving customer retention.</li><li>Develop campaigns aimed at upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, enhancing their overall value.</li><li>Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.</li><li>Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, recommending adjustments as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.</li><li>3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.</li><li>Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics software).</li><li>Experience with product-led growth strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with user onboarding tools and customer feedback mechanisms.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.</li><li>Strategic and analytical skills</li><li>Product positioning and messaging</li><li>Data analysis and performance measurement</li><li>Strategic thinking</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
