Job Description In this role at Strategy and Consulting Global Network SC&O, you will be part of the Supply Chain and Operations practice, where you will assist organizations in reimagining and transforming their supply chains to have a positive impact on business, society, and the planet. Your main responsibilities will include: - Working with clients as a consulting professional to design, build, and implement solutions that enhance business performance. - Engaging in supply chain planning business processes with clients. - Understanding client requirements and creating solutions using both out-of-the-box and configurable capabilities of Planning Tools like Kinaxis, O9, OMP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Saddle Point, etc. - Defining project requirements, project plans, and solution designs. - Providing estimates to project managers for complex work and resource requirements. - Delivering final solution deliverables to the customer as per design. - Participating in customer liaison activities to ensure project success. - Drafting client proposals, setting objectives, and creating action plans. Additionally, your roles and responsibilities will include: - Having a conceptual understanding of current supply chain processes and the ability to design future processes. - Developing and implementing supply chain strategies aligned with overall business objectives for optimal cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency. - Ideally having experience in Digital Planning transformation or implementation, including areas like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Control Tower, Supplier Collaboration, and Production Planning. - Demonstrating proven experience in Strategic Supply Chain planning with a successful track record of Implementation or Transformation projects. - Being familiar with Supply Chain Planning Technologies and tools. - Understanding client requirements and configuring customized solutions. - Solving complex business problems and ensuring client satisfaction. - Utilizing strong analytical skills to identify industry trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for cost savings. - Possessing excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Having cross-cultural competence and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. - Showing leadership experience in managing a team of supply chain professionals.
