RPA Developer

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud). The role involves designing, developing and supporting automation solutions that improve business efficiency. The candidate will handle automation projects end to end from process analysis to deployment and support.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.Design and develop RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud.Automate end‑to‑end processes including ERP systems such as Oracle.Build surface automation for legacy or UI-based applications without APIs.Develop document processing solutions using OCR AI Builder and Form Recognizer.Integrate AI/ML models into automation workflows where applicable.Create and maintain integrations with Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, SQL and APIs.Ensure proper exception handling, logging and error recovery in bots.Perform UAT deployment and provide post‑deployment support.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and document workflows.Monitor bot performance and continuously improve existing automations.Qualifications & ExperienceBTech / BSc Computer Science / MCA.Proven experience as an RPA Developer with strong Power Automate skills.Experience in ERP automation and document intelligence solutions.Good analytical problem‑solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
