Job Description
Respond to all guest requests in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate and relay guest requests using the Royal Service systemMonitor update and manage requests within the Royal Service platformEnsure all logged requests are tracked actioned and closed in accordance with hotel standardsProvide accurate information regarding hotel facilities services and amenitiesActively promote hotel outlets including restaurants and other facilitiesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with all departments particularly Housekeeping Front Office and EngineeringRecord all guest interactions accurately and follow up within the established service timelinesMaintain clear and effective communication within the Royal Service team and across departmentsSupport guests with in-room communication tools and ensure proper setup and functionalityReceive manage and distribute voice messages faxes and written correspondence for guestsDemonstrate full knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and act accordinglyUphold health safety and security standards to maintain a safe working environmentQualifications : Fluency in English required (verbal & written)Strong telephone skillsExcellent telephone manners telephone voiceStrong typing and clerical skills organized and detail orientedStrong interpersonal skills and English communication skillsA hospitality diploma is an assetKnowledge of computerized Front Office systems required with emphasis in Micros - Fidelio based programs (Opera) and Windows MS Office Suite an assetPrior experience in customer service an assetA passion for guest serviceExcellent team spiritAbility to handle many conflicting priorities at any given timeAble to work well under pressureMust be willing to work shifts (incl.
