We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Roustabout to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.Job Summary:As a Roustabout, you will be responsible for providing support to the drilling and production operations on oil and gas rigs. You will assist in the general maintenance and upkeep of the rig, as well as perform various manual labor tasks as needed. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the setup and breakdown of drilling and production equipmentPerform general maintenance and repairs on rig equipment and structuresAssist in the loading and unloading of supplies and equipmentOperate hand and power tools to perform various tasksClean and maintain rig floors, decks, and other areas as neededAssist in the mixing and handling of drilling fluidsFollow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environmentCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsAdhere to company policies and procedures at all timesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience as a Roustabout or in a similar role is preferredKnowledge of oil and gas drilling and production operations is an assetAbility to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic and ability to work well in a teamWillingness to work long hours and be on call as neededBasic knowledge of hand and power toolsAbility to follow instructions and work independentlyValid driver's license and reliable transportationMust pass a pre-employment drug test and background checkComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for career growth and developmentAt Star Services LLC, we value our employees and are committed to their success.
