Madre Integrated Engineering | Full timeResponsibilitiesHands on experience on overhaul and repair of pumps, compressors and turbines and associated equipment.Hands on experience in API 610 pumps, dismantling, assembly.Comply with workshop procedures whilst ensuring all associated documentation accurately completed (e.g., stripping/ build reports and work packs, following processes and actions).Competent in the use of all precision measuring and dynamic balancing equipment.Duty of care in all HSE and following quality procedures.Implementing instructions as recommended from engineering/supervision.Work with Workshop Supervisor to ensure accurate and on time completion of equipment repair and completing strip down reports, assembly rebuild records, and test requirements to meet departmental daily/weekly work schedule.Ensure all equipment in the fitting area is maintained to a high standard where appropriate liaising with supervisor.Assist in overhauls of turbines, boilers, pumps, valves, diesel engines, compressors, and other similar mechanical equipment, including dismantling, repairing, reassembling, and testing such equipment.Assist in manufacturing parts for equipment under repair, including marking, drilling, and machining in the workshop as necessary.Responsible for general housekeeping and cleaning of area of working.#J-18808-Ljbffr
