Rolling Stock Team Leader-UAE

Purpose of the Job:To lead a team to perform bogie removal and installation and to perform traction motor refurbishment activity if required for a project metropolis trains.ObjectivesComplete the removal and installation of the bogie for 50 trains and to perform traction motor refurbishment activity if required as per the scheduled timeline.Responsibilities:Issue progress reports.Follow up traction motor retrofit operations.Reports & register any deviation (failure/event) to the RSK Lead Engineer.Using Traction motor test bench to perform the tests required after bearing replacement.Lead and supervise team of technicians for removal and installation of the bogie.Ensure good information flow about interventions & operations within retrofit to support shift transitionPerforming post work testing and validation as necessary.Close the Work orders for all work carried out.Report any damage or shortage of parts/tools to the logistic department to request replacement part or order spares and/or consumables tools etc.Respect the Quality requirements for field modification deployment/Retrofit.Apply & enforce Client & customer EHS & security rules and processes on customer siteArrange the spare parts required for the activity with a proper coordination with the Storage team.Qualifications : Educational RequirementsBachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical EngineeringExperienceMinimum 5 years in similar position rolling stock major maintenance projects.Validated experience in maintenance of trainsBogie overhauling experience is required.Traction motor overhauling is a plus.Additional Information : Behavioral Skills / Competencies Work under pressure and high tension reactive to emergency.Leadership initiative and decision minded.Knowledge in international environment managerial skills.Perfect command in English language.Team spirit approach and good communication skills. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Contract Key Skills Hyperion,Acquisition,Asset,ABAP,Basic,Activex Experience: years Vacancy: 1
