We set the standard for transportation and modern mobility.</p><p>For Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a passionate Rolling Stock Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d).</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Review rolling stock design packages, maintenance plans, technical submittals, and O&M documentation to ensure compliance with Employer Requirements, RAMS targets, and D&B Contract provisions.</li><li>Oversee testing&commissioning for rolling stock systems, including FAT, SAT, dynamic tests, braking performance, safety systems validation, train‑to‑wayside communication, and operational readiness testing.</li><li>Monitor the performance, reliability, and maintainability of rolling stock systems during testing and early operation, ensuring compliance with RAM requirements and operational performance standards.</li><li>Coordinate interfaces between rolling stock and signalling/ATC, platform screen doors, traction power, depot systems, communications systems, and OCC/TCC operational frameworks.</li><li>Support inspections, NCR management, quality reviews, and verification of corrective and preventive actions relating to rolling stock equipment and performance.</li><li>Validate depot servicing processes, maintenance workflows, test track operations, and rolling stock preparation / de‑preparation functions in accordance with operational needs.</li><li>Ensure rolling stock maintenance requirements are incorporated into O&M documentation, maintenance procedures, depot equipment functionality, and lifecycle asset management plans.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, maintenance assessments, defect analysis summaries, and commissioning progress updates as part of PMCM reporting obligations.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline, with 12+ years of rolling stock engineering or maintenance experience</li><li>Extensive experience with metro/rail rolling stock systems including propulsion, braking, HVAC, doors, bogies, onboard control systems, and train‑to‑wayside communication.</li><li>Strong understanding of automated (UTO) metro operations and integration of rolling stock with signalling, PSDs, telecoms, traction power, depot systems, and control centres.</li><li>Proven ability to review technical documentation, test reports, maintenance records, NCRs, V&V outputs, and O&M deliverables.</li><li>Knowledge of RAMS methodologies, safety standards (EN 50126 / EN 50129), and reliability‑based maintenance concepts for modern automated rolling stock fleets.</li><li>Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to assess defects, evaluate fleet performance issues, and support effective resolution and mitigation.</li><li>Excellent coordination and communication skills for engagement with PMCM teams, D&B Contractors, O&M Entities, and Employer representatives.</li><li>High professional integrity, technical rigour, and adaptability to support rolling stock maintenance assurance in a complex, multi‑contract metro megaproject.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
