Role OverviewServes as the final line of defense for equipment uptime, diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and structural failures beyond routine maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Diagnostics: Troubleshoot PCB-level and wiring issues using oscilloscopes and multimeters.Mechanical Overhaul: Disassemble, repair, and rebuild harmonic drives, gearboxes, and hydraulic actuators.Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Identify environmental and operational failure causes (dust, vibration, heat) and implement corrective reinforcements.Emergency Recovery: Lead safe-state recovery procedures following system crashes or power failures.SkillsTechnical ProfileSoftware: FANUC ROBOGUIDE, ABB RobotStudio, or similar simulation/diagnostic tools.Skills: Low-level programming, precision welding/machining, advanced electrical circuit analysis.Experience: Minimum 3+ years as a CNC Machinist or Senior Robotic Technician.Preferred Background: Experience in harsh environments; familiarity with IP65/IP67 systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
