Risk Manager

We are seeking a high-caliber Risk Manager to support the establishment and rollout of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) across PIH and its subsidiaries. This role will be instrumental in embedding a forward‑looking, value‑driven risk culture, aligned with leading practices such as COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework and ISO 31000 Risk Management Standard.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the ERM framework across the GroupConduct enterprise‑wide risk assessments and maintain risk registersDefine and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and risk appetite thresholdsSupport integration with Internal Audit and risk‑based audit planningContribute to digital risk transformation, including ERM system implementation and dashboardsProvide risk oversight across real estate, construction, and hospitality operationsPrepare executive‑level risk reports for senior management and Board committeesDrive risk awareness and culture across business unitsRequirements8–12+ years of experience in ERM, Risk Advisory, or Internal AuditProven experience in building or transforming risk management functionsStrong exposure to real estate, construction, and hospitality sectorsSolid knowledge of ERM frameworks and risk quantification methodologiesExperience with GRC/ERM systems and data analytics tools is an advantagePreferred CertificationsChartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA)Institute of Risk Management (IRM) qualificationsCertification/training in COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework#J-18808-Ljbffr
