Job Description

<div><p>We are looking for a Risk Manager that will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that foster a risk‑aware culture throughout all functions within the organization. The position is based in Dubai and entails the following responsibilities.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop comprehensive risk strategies and a structured framework for effective risk management across the company.</li><li>Implement initiatives to build a strong risk‑awareness culture that promotes proactive risk identification and mitigation of risks.</li><li>Establish and manage robust systems and procedures for identifying, collecting, analysing risk data, and devising effective response plans.</li><li>Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented risk controls to ensure they remain efficient and relevant.</li><li>Ensure compliance with the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) risk management regulations, including capital adequacy, liquidity, and solvency requirements, aligning with the UAE's insurance regulatory framework.</li><li>Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process to accurately assess the company's risk profile and solvency requirements.</li><li>Lead stress testing and scenario analysis exercises, ensuring compliance with CBUAE regulations, to gauge the company's resilience under various adverse conditions.</li><li>Implement and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and early warning systems to detect emerging risks and ensure alignment with CBUAE requirements for proactive risk management.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate reporting of risk exposures to CBUAE and the Board of Directors, maintaining compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and ensuring transparency in risk management activities.</li></ul><p><b>Join a successful international group and be on a path that is only capped by your ambitions.</b></p><p>You are right for the role if you meet the following requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in insurance, finance, actuarial studies, economics, or a relevant field.
