Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Risk Control Audit Strategy Engineer - Senior to join our Risk Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing robust internal supervision and review processes, formulating regular audit plans, and providing constructive suggestions. This role involves communicating with various departments, analysing business data, and promoting effective risk control measures.Key ResponsibilitiesInternal Supervision and Review ProcessEstablish and implement a comprehensive internal supervision and review process.Develop and maintain a regular inspection plan.Provide planning and constructive suggestions for continuous improvement.Audit Planning and ImplementationCommunicate with other departments to enhance internal work processes.Formulate and execute regular audit plans.Data Analysis and Risk AssessmentOrganize and analyze data from different business segments.Identify problems through data analysis and provide risk assessments and reports.Issue timely warnings and reminders of potential risks.Promote the resolution and cleanup of identified risks.RequirementsExperienceOver 3 years of experience in risk control, auditing, system construction, and copywriting within large-scale businesses and Internet companies.Technical SkillsFamiliarity with online operation systems and a good understanding of production environment processes.Proficiency in data analysis, with a preference for candidates skilled in SQL.Proficient in using various office software.Soft SkillsClear logical thinking and strong communication skills.Excellent teamwork abilities.High sensitivity to data and a strong awareness of risk control.Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to learn independently.Capacity to work under pressure.Language SkillsStrong proficiency in Chinese and English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
