Telematics Project Manager — Cross‑Functional Delivery

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate customer needs into development and implementation activities, and ensure that our technology is successfully delivered to customers.About the RoleAs a Project Manager, you translate customer needs into clearly defined development and implementation tasks and ensure their successful delivery. Acting as the link between Customers and Product & R&D teams, you ensure that requirements are well documented and efficiently executed.You will collaborate closely with developers, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to support the implementation of hardware and software solutions tailored to customer needs. The role includes coordinating technical planning, aligning requirements, and interacting directly with customers.You will also contribute to development planning, workload forecasting and the continuous improvement of our telematics solutions.Location:Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Regular travel may be required for customer meetings.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate customer telematics projects from planning to deliveryTranslate customer requirements into structured development and implementation tasksSupport implementation planning of hardware and software solutionsEnsure proper documentation of requirements, configurations, and project progressCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Technical teams, and Customer stakeholdersMonitor and update project progressConduct regular project meetings with the costumerIdentify improvementsQualificationsExperience as a technical Project Manager within the telematics or public transportation industryExperience working in cross-functional product development environmentsExperience in working in a agile environmentAbility to participate in technical discussions and translate complex requirements into structured plansStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsStructured, analytical, and value-driven approach to problem solvingDegree in Project Management, Engineering or a related technical fieldShould have at least one certification (Ex.
