In this role, you will be responsible for<b>designing, deploying, and optimizing wireless networks</b>in real‑world field environments. The ideal candidate combines strong RF fundamentals with hands‑on deployment experience and practical problem‑solving skills.</p><p>Street if you enjoy working across<b>design, field deployment, and troubleshooting</b>, this role is for you.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design and plan wireless network deployments using mmWave and microwave technologies.</li><li>Conduct site surveys, LOS analysis, and feasibility studies.</li><li>Deploy, configure, and commission wireless backhaul and access solutions in the field.</li><li>Perform RF optimization, including link budgets, antenna alignment, and performance tuning.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve RF, network, and deployment issues in live environments.</li><li>Provide technical support to customers, field engineers, and operations teams.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and Operations teams to improve solutions and deployment practices.</li><li>Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including designs, test results, and close‑out reports.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in RF design, wireless network planning, or field deployment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage client interactions professionally.</li><li>Familiarity with mmWave, WiGig (802.11ad/ay), microwave, or wireless backhaul technologies.</li><li>Strong understanding of RF propagation, link budgeting, and interference analysis.</li><li>Hands‑on experience with IP networking, switches, routers, VLANs, and basic L2/L3 concepts.</li><li>Experience with RF planning or simulation tools is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel and work in field environments (towers, rooftops, customer sites).</li></ul><p>The candidate must have hands‑on experience across the five key stages of the project management lifecycle:<b>Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring&Controlling, and Closure</b>, with proven ability to manage projects end‑to‑end and ensure successful delivery.</p><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive, industry‑aligned compensation based on experience.</li><li>Exposure to cutting‑edge mmWave and high‑capacity wireless technologies.</li><li>High level of autonomy and ownership over projects and deployments.</li><li>Opportunity to work on large‑scale projects with ISPs, enterprises, and government clients.</li><li>Direct involvement in real‑world deployments shaping next‑generation connectivity.</li><li>Strong collaboration with experienced engineers and innovators in wireless technology.</li><li>Supportive environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
