The role maintains system input and output quality control while tracking system performance across different platforms. Candidates will support revenue optimization by validating system releases, maintaining reference data, automating reporting, and identifying opportunities to prevent revenue dilution.**Job ID**: NA**Date Posted**: NA**Expiration Date**: NA**Apply**:**Main Duties*** Business user acceptance testing (UAT) function tests all code releases for Revenue Management systems while results documentation verifies compliance with established assessment standards.* The process includes managing and maintaining business reference data across 15 systems to achieve maximum system performance and data accuracy.* Operating procedures (SOPs) which they document and update for all RM Solutions & Innovations tools.* Dashboards and control check reports to monitor system health on a daily and weekly and monthly basis while they perform proactive system corrections whenever required.* The system health check and reporting process will be automated through the use of Power BI and SQL and R and Python.* The process involves creating support tickets which I track with system providers while I handle resolution through organized follow-up and weekly meetings.* Revenue generated through RM solutions while delivering monthly performance reports that include relevant business insights.* Integrity processes include developing and maintaining procedures which identify inventory violations through PNR cancellation and agent debit memo creation according to established policies.**Essential Qualifications*** Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Statistics or Operations Research or Economics or Business Administration or a related field.* Two to three years of experience in Revenue Management Systems and Business Intelligence or equivalent work experience.* Experience working with aviation Revenue Management and Business Analytics systems.* Demonstrate strong analytical abilities together with effective problem-solving capabilities.* The candidate demonstrates proficiency in using reporting tools that include Power BI SQL R and Python.**Preferred Qualifications*** The aviation industry requires professionals who understand its Pricing and Revenue Management systems.* The system performance monitoring process enables business outcomes to be optimized through system performance assessment.* Experience in developing standard operating procedures together with automated systems for operational processes.* Possesses strong communication skills which enable him to work effectively with teams from different departments.* Maintains strict attention to detail which allows him to protect data accuracy while maintaining operational standards.Location,## Job Skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
