For our business, for clients, and for youRole PurposeAs a Revenue Strategy Lead you are a senior individual contributor responsible for driving predictable, governed, and scalable revenue performance across Apex’s global sales and CRM organizations.Acting as the strategic operating partner to Sales Leadership, Country Heads, and CRM, this role ensures commercial execution is aligned to global strategy while optimized for local market realities. The position blends revenue strategy, operating rigor, forecasting discipline, and performance governance, functioning as the de-facto operating leader for the commercial engine—without direct P&L ownership.This role works hands-on with Sales, CRM, and regional leadership to ensure revenue plans convert into execution, forecasts translate into outcomes, and data drives decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Strategy & Operating RhythmPartner with global and regional sales leadership to translate revenue strategy into territory-level execution plansDrive consistent operating cadence across regions (weekly pipeline, monthly forecast, quarterly planning)Ensure alignment between global revenue priorities and local market executionForecasting, Predictability & GovernanceOwn revenue forecasting discipline in partnership with Sales and CRMEnsure forecast accuracy, transparency, and accountability across regionsImplement and enforce governance standards for pipeline hygiene, deal progression, and stage disciplineSales Performance & Business ManagementAct as senior commercial advisor to Country and Regional HeadsDiagnose performance gaps and drive corrective actions across pipeline generation, conversion, and velocitySupport strategic account prioritization and resource deployment decisionsCRM & Commercial Execution PartnershipWork closely with CRM leadership to ensure systems, data, and processes support sales executionEnsure CRM insights are translated into actionable commercial decisionsChampion adoption of standard sales processes while accommodating local nuancesCross-Functional LeadershipCoordinate with Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Revenue Analytics, and Compensation teamsInfluence without authority to unblock deals, resolve execution issues, and accelerate revenue outcomesLeverage associate teams (managed by another leader) for analysis, reporting, and operational supportKey StakeholdersGlobal & Regional Sales LeadershipCountry HeadsCRM LeadershipRevenue Operations & Commercial OperationsExecutive LeadershipRequired Experience & Profile12–18+ years experience in revenue/sales strategy, sales/revenue operations, commercial management, or business management rolesStrong background in financial services, asset management, funds, or adjacent regulated environmentsProven experience operating across multiple geographies and complex sales structuresDeep understanding of sales motions, CRM-led execution, forecasting, and revenue governanceExceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authorityComfortable operating at both strategic and executional levelsExperience working with Salesforce and enterprise CRM ecosyst
