Revenue Executive

ResponsibilitiesSupport hotels yield efforts via analysis and reporting to ensure that all segments and distribution channels are mined for revenue opportunities based on budget forecast pace and market demand (more of supporting role to compile data from PMS for analyzing)Support the Revenue and Reservations Team in compiling and communicating all documents reports and presentation for required ownership hotel and regional leadership reporting. This is needed for daily standups/departmental meetings weekly Revenue meetings Monthly Ownership Meetings Quarterly Reviews and Annual Budget discussions.Maximize revenue potential and ensure proactive and accurate maintenance and management of all systems: PMS/Booking Engines/Channel Manager CRS and Sales and Catering Systems.Support to prepare the daily weekly and monthly reports used for monitoring performance against budget forecast and proforma. Ensure that the necessary reports are maintained and systematically analyzed including but not limited to: STR Market Segment Analysis Source Contribution Internet Production Pickup and Pace by Segment Ancillary Fees Contribution and Room Type Statistics. including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.Understand fully the hotel products and operations.Key play to implement revenue strategies such as rate loading applying restrictions packages and promotions.Monitor and review inventory and rate control using reports completed in this role including booking pace regrets market segmentation availability calendar rate check report and other reports as required.Additional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract recruit and promote diverse talent.Remote WorkRemote Work :NoEmployment TypeEmployment Type :Fulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
