ResponsibilitiesTeam Description: The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 month long internship period. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis – we encourage you to apply early.Campaigns Planning and ExecutionConfigure revenue campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall strategies and objectives.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute campaigns seamlessly.Create basic design assets and materials for promoting campaigns.Budget ManagementAssist in the development and management of revenue campaign budgets.Provide updates on budget status and support recommendations for adjustments.Data AnalysisCollaborate with the Data Analysis team to utilize data analytics for ongoing campaign optimization.Assist in maintaining dashboards and reports for ongoing monitoring of campaign performance.Strategy and PlanningParticipate in making quarterly campaign strategies and calendars to drive the growth of key business metrics.Market AnalysisBe familiar with the LIVE ecosystem, analyze revenue strategies and campaigns, regularly conduct competitor research, and explore innovative product features, campaign ideas and gamifications.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.Internship availability to start in January 2026 for at least three months (6 months is preferred).Previous experience of revenue‑growth or user‑growth role in LIVE streaming industry or gaming industry.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, communication skills and data analysis skills.High oral and written fluency in English and Arabic. Our team works with stakeholders from both the Middle East and globally and will be required to communicate effectively with them.Preferred QualificationsEnthusiastic about the gaming and digital entertainment industry is a plus.Familiarity with the region and nuances is advantageous is a plus.Proficiency in using Office experience is a plus.Proficiency in using Figma/Capcut experience is a plus.Job InformationAbout TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short‑form mobile video.
