And honesty and taking total responsibility are the pillars of everything we do.A glimpse of your typical workdayRevenue Analysis & ReportingPrepare and maintain regular revenue reports, dashboards, and MIS to track business performance across channels, customers, and categories.Analyze revenue trends, sales performance, pricing, and profitability using historical data and current market trends.Support management with timely and accurate revenue-related insights, financial summaries, and variance analysis.Monitor actual performance against budget, forecast, and prior year to highlight gaps, risks, and opportunities.Pricing SupportSupport, track and analyze pricing strategies based on the budget.Assist in evaluating pricing proposals to ensure competitiveness, margin sustainability, and alignment with target P&L.Analyze price movements, trade discounts, rebates, and promotional impact to support commercial decision‑making.Compare internal pricing with market and competitor benchmarks to identify pricing improvement opportunities.Forecasting & BudgetingPrepare historical performance, sales trends, market developments, and current business assumptions.Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes through detailed sales and revenue analysis.Assist in preparing forecast models for volume, revenue, pricing, and profitability ..Market & Business InsightsMarket data analysis, category trends, and competitive landscape to support revenue decisions.Utilize market reports and internal data to assess business performance and uncover commercial improvement opportunities.Cross-functional CoordinationCoordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to align reporting and commercial insights with business objectives.Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather required inputs for reports, forecasts, and business reviews.What makes you stand outBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.2–3 years of relevant experience in revenue analysis, pricing, MIS, Business finance, or business analytics.FMCG or consumer goods experience preferred.The joys:Workspace: We mix work and play with an exclusive gym and an inspiration zone filled with indoor games, library, bean bags and of course, piping hot coffee.Game-changing leadership: We mentor and hone future leaders through agile, dynamic and people-focused training.Enriching rewards: Besides bench-marking industry remuneration, we offer medical benefits and discounts on all Masafi products.Focus on wellness:We not only insist on a great work-life balance but also accompany it with a lovely wellness program.Our storyMasafi was born in the Hajar Mountains in the United Arab Emirates.
