Revenue AnalystAs the beginning of a remarkable guest journey you will guide the team in delivering warm personalized service as an Revenue Analyst ensuring each guest feels valued and excited for their stay.What you will be doingAnalyze revenue data to identify trends variances and growth opportunitiesPrepare and maintain revenue forecasts budgets and performance reportsHandle guest inquiries resolve booking issues and ensure excellent customer service.Maintain and update reservation systems for accuracy and availability.Ensure revenue recognition aligns with accounting standards and internal policiesAssist with room rates promotions and special requests.Prepare reports on occupancy reservations and key metrics.Develop dashboards and automated reports for stakeholdersPromote upgrades and additional services during the booking process.Monitor online channel representation (GDS Direct & Indirect web channels 3rd parties etc.)Complete the Rate Shopping Report on a daily basis and perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.QualificationsYour experience and skills include:Minimum experience of two years in a similar role in 5-star Luxury Hotel.Bachelors degree in Hospitality or equivalent.Knowledge in MS Office and Opera system.Strong interpersonalproblem solving abilities and leadership skillsAdditional InformationWhy work for AccorWe are far more than a worldwide leader.
