Retail Super Store Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Super Store Manager to lead operations in one of our flagship outlets in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong commitment to driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company standards.Lead, motivate and manage a team of store associates, supervisors and department heads to achieve sales targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock management.Monitor inventory levels, order stock and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.Handle budgeting, financial reporting and performance analysis to optimize store profitability.Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and company policies.Train and develop team members through regular coaching and performance appraisals.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field.Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in retail operations with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving team performance.Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control and retail best practices.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends and holidays as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
