Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead our equestrian shop and oversee day-to-day operations. While prior experience in retail management or the equestrian industry (horse care, riding equipment, or equestrian sales) is a plus, it is not mandatory, we provide full training.Your main responsibilities will include managing daily store operations, leading and supporting the team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining strong visual merchandising and product displays, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all horse enthusiasts.Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and confident leaders, with strong communication skills and a passion for customer experience.
