Training Manager

Salary: AED 22,000A leading diverse fashion retailer, with operations in the GCC is currently looking for a Training Manager. Reporting directly to the country HR Director, the Training Manager will be responsible for analysing, developing and delivering training programmes across the group's various brands.This is a very exciting opportunity to head up a new department and develop a successful team of trainers.Minimum Requirements:Must have been in a similar training management role for 3 years.Must come from a retail background.Must have managed a new Training Department.Must be fluent in Arabic.Must be experienced in the entire process of Training, not just delivery.
