Senior Associate/AM - IT - Budget upto AED 10,000 (Sports‑Retail MANDATORY)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 end‑user support for stores and corporate users.Support retail systems and POS environments (hardware & basic application support).Manage and troubleshoot store and office networks (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi).Handle firewalls, routers, switches and ISP coordination.Support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and peripherals.Assist with store openings, rollouts and upgrades.Coordinate with vendors and ensure SLA adherence.Required Skills & Experience8-12 years of hands‑on experience in IT Infrastructure / End User Support.Strong exposure to Retail IT environments.Good knowledge of networking firewalls, POS hardware and desktops.Experience supporting multi‑store operations.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
