Retail Sales Representative

<div><p>We are looking for a results-driven Retail Sales Representative to manage and grow our retail accounts by ensuring strong in-store execution, maintaining product availability, and building solid relationships with store owners and supervisors, while driving sales performance through frequent market visits and continuous follow-up on opportunities.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage and develop retail accounts within assigned territory</li><li>Visit supermarkets, mini markets, and grocery stores on a daily basis</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and volume goals</li><li>Ensure product availability and proper shelf stock at all times</li><li>Execute merchandising standards including display and product rotation</li><li>Build strong relationships with store owners and staff</li><li>Secure additional shelf space and in-store visibility</li><li>Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions</li><li>Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries</li><li>Handle returns, damages, and customer issues when required</li><li>Provide accurate sales reports and market feedback</li><li>Maintain records of visits, orders, and execution</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or FMCG sales</li><li>Experience in food distribution or similar industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of retail market and store operations</li><li>Valid driving license</li><li>Ability to handle field sales and daily outdoor visits</li><li>Good communication skills in English</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Selling and negotiation skills</li><li>In-store execution and merchandising</li><li>Relationship building with retail accounts</li><li>Attention to detail and shelf management</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
