Job Description

This role leads the development, control, and approval of retail and showroom environments across the IMEA region. The focus is on delivering consistent, high-quality physical spaces that reflect global brand principles, support regional commercial priorities, and ensure smart use of investment.Based in Duba, Qatar , Oman (GCC)Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Consistency & Design StandardsOwn and safeguard brand expression across all retail and showroom spaces in IMEA.Serve as the main point of contact with the Global Design Team, managing approvals and aligning regional requirements with global expectations.Review and approve all design proposals submitted by external agencies, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.Design Development & Execution SupportDevelop core store concepts, standard layouts, and key design elements for priority projects.Guide and support local design agencies in adapting standard concepts to site-specific requirements without compromising brand integrity.Approve all final design and construction documentation prior to execution.Advise local teams and contractors on materials, finishes, and construction approaches to achieve the intended design outcome.Conduct post-opening audits to confirm accurate execution and compliance with approved designs.Commercial Alignment & Strategic ContributionPartner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to translate business priorities, campaigns, and product strategies into effective physical environments.Support decisions around product assortment and in-store presentation to enhance visibility, storytelling, and sales performance.Oversee design-related CAPEX, driving cost-conscious design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and return on investment.Profile & Requirements Experience & EducationMinimum 7 years of experience in Retail Design, Store Planning, or Architecture within a multi-market or international environment.Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Bachelor’s or Master’s).Technical & Design ExpertiseStrong command of design and production tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.Ability to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications in-house.Solid understanding of retail construction methods, materials, and detailing.Demonstrated experience managing external agencies and ensuring compliance with defined design standards.Business & Leadership SkillsCommercially minded, with the ability to link design decisions to sales performance and investment efficiency.Confident communicator with strong influencing skills across cross-functional and non-reporting teams.Culturally aware and adaptable, comfortable working across multiple countries and markets within IMEA.#J-18808-Ljbffr
