Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and professional Restaurant Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and operational management experience within the restaurant industry and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and maintaining overall operational efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.EligibilityArabic nationality only.Valid Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.Supervise, schedule, and manage restaurant staff, including performance monitoring and discipline.Ensure high standards of customer service and handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.Monitor food quality, service quality, and overall guest satisfaction.Coordinate closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure operational alignment.Control operational costs, including labor, food, and waste, in line with approved budgets.Monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, and stock control.Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations in accordance with KSA requirements.Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.Support staff training, onboarding, and continuous development.Required Qualifications & ExperienceArabic nationality only.Valid Saudi Residency (Iqama) – Mandatory.Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.Proven leadership and team‑management skills.Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.Strong communication and organizational skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
