We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant/Lobby Lounge Manager to join at 5-star Hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality excellent leadership skills and a strong background in food and beverage operations. As the Restaurant/Lobby Lounge Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and lobby lounge ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the restaurant and lobby lounge operations including budgeting inventory management and staff schedulingTrain develop and supervise a team of servers bartenders and other restaurant staffEnsure all food and beverage offerings meet the companys standards of quality and presentationMonitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and lobby loungeHandle guest inquiries complaints and feedback in a professional and timely mannerCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions and events to attract new customers and retain existing onesConduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure consistent service standards and product knowledgePrepare and present reports on restaurant and lobby lounge performance to upper managementQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurantStrong knowledge of food and beverage operations including menu planning cost control and inventory managementExcellent leadership and communication skillsCustomer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanorProficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management softwareKnowledge of local food and beverage regulations and lawsFluency in English both written and verbal.
