Daikan Ramen, Abu Dhabi is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to join our exceptional team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will assist in managing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that guests receive the highest quality of service and that the restaurant runs smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervision: Directly oversee staff performance during shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal service delivery.Service Excellence: Monitor guest experience and address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.Staff Training: Assist in training new staff members, sharing knowledge about service standards, menu items, and processes.Shift Management: Assist in scheduling and managing staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.Inventory Oversight: Help track inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and managing stock levels efficiently.Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies, to maintain a safe and clean working environment.Reporting: Assist in reporting on operational performance, customer feedback, and staff performance to upper management.RequirementsPrevious experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Good organizational and multitasking skills.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Knowledge of health and safety regulations specific to food service.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.#J-18808-Ljbffr
