RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the restaurant manager in managing the team and operations smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.Monitor staff performance and ensure duties are completed efficiently.Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift assignments.Train new employees on restaurant procedures and service standards.Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained at all times.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for inventory and supplies.Ensure orders are served correctly and on time.Maintain proper communication between kitchen staff and service team.Support the restaurant manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.RequirementsProven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Team Leader.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory management.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.Icon Towers 1 - Cluster M - Jumeirah Lake Towers - Dubai - United Arab Emirates#J-18808-Ljbffr
