Job Description

Location: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaIndustry: Lebanese Cuisine Restaurant Overview The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer experience, high service standards, and smooth operational flow. The role includes managing staff schedules, welcoming guests, handling reservations, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service deliveryWelcome guests, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and ensure a positive dining experienceHandle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptlyPrepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all shiftsLead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff, including kitchen and service teamsEnsure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer serviceMonitor sales performance, control costs, and support profitability targetsEnsure compliance with Saudi health, safety, and labor regulationsCoordinate with head office on reporting, inventory, staffing, and operational needsSupport marketing initiatives and promotions to increase footfall and customer retention Qualifications Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Supervisor in the F&B industryStrong leadership, scheduling, and organizational skillsCustomer-focused mindset with excellent communication skillsGood understanding of restaurant operations and cost controlAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Saudi regulations is an advantage
