OverviewHow does your working day look likeOperational Management: Oversee all operational aspects of Juna including but not limited to staffing inventory management vendor relationships and overall restaurant efficiency.Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of restaurant staff including servers bartenders kitchen staff and administrative personnel. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service food quality and cleanliness. Address guest feedback and strive to continuously improve service standards.Financial Performance: Manage budgets analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability. Monitor and achieve revenue targets control expenses and manage inventory effectively.Training and Development: Implement and oversee a comprehensive training program for all staff members to ensure consistency in service quality and adherence to company standards.Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations food safety standards and licensing requirements.
