The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, a strong sense of leadership, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience, optimizing operations, and driving business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day to day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfactionLead, train, and inspire the front-of-house and back-of-house teamsMaintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and serviceHandle guest feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptlyMonitor inventory, manage costs, and control P&L performanceDrive sales through up-selling, customer engagement, and local marketing initiativesEnsure compliance with company standards, health & safety, and UAE regulationsWork closely with the culinary team to align service delivery with menu and conceptManage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and development plansRequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in upper‑casual/fine dining environmentFluency in English and Italian requiredStrong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsHands‑on knowledge of restaurant financials, cost control, and team managementExperience in the UAE preferredPositive attitude, guest‑centric mindset, and attention to detailWe don’t just want someone to run the floor.
